3 Anmerkungen zu den Anlagen

3.1 Sprache

Meldestaat:
Hersteller:
Handelsbezeichnung:
Nummer der Liste:
Enthält Name:
Verschmutzungsgruppe (Cat.):
Schiffstyp(ST):
n.a.g.-Nummer:
Schmelzpunkt (°C)(Mpt):
Flammpunkt (c.c., °C)(Fpt):

Schädlicher flüssiger Stoff, N.F., (5), n.a.g. (IMO 1234 enthält Calcium longchain alkyl salicylate (C13+)) S.T. 2, Cat. Y

*) BLG 6 had agreed that, in the absence of measured chronic toxicity data, surrogate data using the GHS system to estimate missing chronic aquatic toxicity data could be used and that the estimation of chronic toxicity would be determined as shown below:

  1. if, in the GESAMP Hazard Profile, Col B2 is 'NI' or Col A1 is 'NI' or Col A2 is 'NI', then there are not enough data to apply the OECD criteria, and therefore the product is deemed to be chronically toxic to aquatic organisms; but
  2. if the aquatic LC50 is <100 mg/l (Col B1 is 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6); and the product is Not Readily Biodegradable (Col A2 is 'NR') or the product is bioaccumulated (Col A1 is 4, 5 or 6), then the product is deemed to have a chronic toxicity of <1mg/l which is equivalent to a '1' in column B2; otherwise
  3. the product is deemed not to be chronically toxic.

Bekanntmachung des MEPC.2/Rundschreiben 16
"Vorläufige Einstufung flüssiger Stoffe"

Vom 30. März 2011
(VkBl.

Januar 2011 in Kraft getreten. Es wird nachfolgend veröffentlicht.
